Easy to use

Registering is easy. Once you’ve received a PIN number from DHL Express, you can easily register for ProView. Please contact a DHL Express customer advisor so they can send you a PIN.

Demo DHL ProView

DHL ProView tracks shipments in the DHL Express network using customer numbers. ProView uses these customer numbers to provide the reports and notifications you want.

We want to make sure that we offer our customers a flexible and secure tool. Once you have received the PINs for your customer numbers, you can set up as many DHL ProView users as your company requires. The PIN guarantees that only you can register your customer numbers for DHL ProView.

PINs are only valid for six months for inactive accounts. If you did not activate your account in ProView during this time, you must request a new PIN.

Yes! DHL ProView is an ideal way to track shipments for your DHL Import Express customer number. ProView uses your Import Express customer number to display your shipment’s progress more transparently and quickly.
